When did you start giving your baby water/juice

What types of water/juice were you giving them

How often did you let them have it?

My son is 7 months old now and I gave him the Gerber Graduates juice for the first time last night. He has never had any other juice or water before. I dilluted it, of course, with 3/4 ounces of tap water.

Also is anyone feeding their 6-7 month old anything other then baby food?

At six months I gave DS a bottle of juice 2 oz apple juice 2 oz water.I would also use it to mix his cereal.

How often can he have a bottle of juice?

They are allowed 4 oz a day but I though for my son it was too much. Most babies and toddler are ok with it though it just made his poo acidic and sometimes gave him diaper rash.So at first when I did give four oz I would give two in a bottle with water twice a day or once and the other two oz with cereal if he was getting veggies.
