Compared to the rest of my body my biceps are probably the best developed muscle. They seem to have built quite fast. Lucky me.

While I'm working out I will see my bicep getting worked and pumped, of course, and just after my workout I have nice and pumped biceps.

On most days (when I'm training regularly), my biceps are more or less in good form.

However, there is something that interests me. A few hours after my workout my biceps go extremely soft, as if they aren't even there and its only skin. Is this normal? Does anybody know why this happens?
