Lately Ive had the biggest craving for bread. I can’t get enough of it. All I want is toast w/ butter, sandwiches, grilled cheese sandwich, ect. I could easily eat a whole loaf by myself. I have tried to cut down and eat other foods but its hard. I was never like this until recently when I tried to gain weight (from 85 lbs to 105 lbs) and I did go on a 660 - 925 calorie diet for a few months. Why do I have such strong cravings for bread? Could the diet I went on have something to do with it?

Hey mops!
What were you on such a low calorie diet for? That is extreme!! And at 85lbs you SHOULD be trying to gain weight.
I'm no expert, but to me it's pretty obvious...your body is STARVING and carbs are the easiest most efficient source of energy for your body, so it's craving them. Especially if you were limiting carbs or even just calories before!
I've noticed that on days when I don't eat carbs for bfst or lunch i will be DYING for them at dinnertime...especially in their rawest form (which means SUGAR!!). So fill up on whole grains and GOOD carbs (and don't worry - carbs aren't as scary as ppl make them out to be - they are good for you!!) and hopefully you will avoid the white, sugary ones...
Cheers to bread!!!
