hi i am 25 and from BC i have had fat ugly make me wanna barf legs my whole life and it has made me very insecure
right now i am on the slim fast program and i am working oput on a almost like the tony little thing for swinging/walking and i am losing weight in my but and my boobs yes i said boobs (another thing to make me sad) but the leg fat isnt going away
if any of you have an excersice technique or diet or whatever to lose the leg fat please let me know please

Weight training for legs such as squats walking lunges and calf raises also sprints. Use lighter weight and more reps to start shaping your legs and then you can increase your weight as you see fit. As for the slim fast please do not do that diet... very unhealthy. Stick to whole foods alot of veggies and fruit and whole grains. My motto is if man made it I don't eat it..Lisa
