is it allowed as part of the candida diet? does it have an internal anti-yeast action that is effective against candida, or does the fact it is high in sugars (like other honeys) mean it can't be included as it might feed the yeast? alternatively, does the anti-yeast action and sugar content cancel each other out, meaning it is neutral in the fight and so permitter ina candida sufferes diet when other sweet food are not? any definitive answers?
