Hello,

I’m on Atacand 8 mg and my blood pressure is 120/90, I know the diastolic is a little high but I have gained weight and my BMI is 26 now, which is good although that I’m very tired and sleepy but maybe because I just started the Med. Anyway, I have an increased heart rate which range from 80 to 90 and I feel that I can’t breath.

I just got off Zebeta 5 mg 2 weeks ago which controlled my heart rate and I will not use any Beta-Blocker to control it again, actually the reason that my doctor put me on Zebeta for 3.5 years is the increased heart rate. I tried Magnesium and Omega 3 supplements and they made me feel better but still I can’t use them forever :(.

Does anyone have or had a similar problem? Does increased heart rate relate to sugar and sodium intake, body weight or exercise?
I like to hear what you think :)

Thanks,
Michael
