they hurt like hell lol... i don't even think it's pms cos... well it hasn't been too long ago since i had my period like i don't nkow 2 weeks ago... hurts

Try a couple tablespoons of apple cider vinegar..Lisa

No trust me on this..Even if you had acid reflux the best thing for you is acidity from the vinegar. What the deal is on that is that you body is lacking the acid to absorb the food you ate. Of course the drug profession would like you to keep buying their antacids so they can make more money but the truth is you are lacking acid and what the ant acids do is deplete your body of any acid which leads to a viscous cycle of needing them more and more. Try the apple cider vinegar you will be surprised..Lisa

Hi, Just :wave: Sorry to hear of your tummy troubles :(

I had dysentery as a child living abroad, which has left me with a very touchy stomach since. Honestly, the only thing that got me through it at the time was basmati rice. I still always make sure to have some in the house now in case of a flare-up or if my hubby has a stomach bug.

You can also try chamomile tea :)
