i was diagnosed with tendonitis at age 15,i am now 26 and my docor said i probably have carpal tunnel.i have to see a hand specialist because i have a cyst on my wrist and sometimes it is pain ful when my symptoms are there.has anyone had this or heard about this?

The wrist is a popular site for ganglion cysts to form. Is that what your doctor called yours? I had mine aspirated (drained), followed by a steroid injection and had significant improvement for a while. I had carpal tunnel surgery a year after that, and the ganglion cyst was starting to reform - so they removed it during the CTS surgery.

Mine also hurt at times. Kind of like a sharp ache.

It's good that you'll be seeing a hand specialist. Hope all goes well - good luck.
