I was just wondering what the best/easiest way to buff your toenails (particularly the big ones) is? I've tried using the rectangular buffing blocks but it's pretty hard to do it real effectively...and I don't want to buy a drill if I don't have to.

Go to your local Sally Beauty Supply and purchase a 240 grit file as well as a three-way buffer. Use the file to buff across the nail plate to remove imperfections in the nail plate. Buff with the three-way buffer to further refine the surface: black side first, white side, then grey side.
