You need to relax and enjoy your children. Don't try to be super-mom. When you are stressed it is easy to frown, etc. Try changing your attitude, smile even tho things are not going exactly right. Stress can age you faster than anything. I should know, raised 5 children, all grown now, and looking backward realize there were ways to relieve stress and spend less time on things and more on family.

Plan your day and allow time to relax and enjoy your family. With a plan in mind it is easier to get things done and have extra time for yourself and family. Back in my day everything had to be spic and span, fresh washed, starched, ironed clothes for whole family, no wash wrinkles on clothes, etc. I enjoy the more relaxed way of living these days.

Learn to multi-task, that is, put in a load of laundry, let it do it's thing while you start breakfast, etc. Have more than one thing going at a time. Do not be a slave, don't run around getting nothing accomplished, make your steps count. You do not need to watch a pot boil, use the time to do something else, set a timer if necessary in order to check back on things.

Plan shopping trips so you do not back track. If children are in school and need help with their school work, park them in the kitchen while you cook and help at the same time as you prepare meals. If you have a baby, place in a portacrib, small bed or playpen and pull into kitchen while you cook. OR if a toddler, keep a drawer or shelf available with pots/pans, etc. for toddler to play with while you cook. If teenagers, give each something to do to help with meal preparation and cleanup.

The lines on your face will fade away IF you stop tensing up the muscles in your face due to stress, etc. You are young enough for facial recovery. There is no magic wand that will release the tense muscles in the face, only you can do it.
