The doc says I have a hiatia hernia. But that really there's nothing to do for it that I'm not already doing. He said they will only do surgery as a last resort. My throat was smaller in one section so they put in a balloon and blew it up to stretch it. My throat is a little sore from that, but other than that I'm feeling fine. Any thoughts on the hiatia hernia?

hurting much worse today. anyone else had this where their throat was narrow & "stretched"?
