I doubt the doc would prescribe both, as they are both amphetimine type drugs. I don't know if docs still do this, but they use to prescribe some of these adhd meds as diet pills...I specifically remember dexedrine I think. In other words, if you are already taking an amphetimine for one condition, I don't think they will prescribe a different amphetimine to take for appetite suppression at the same time. Does concerta not suppress your appetite?
