I just started to eat the Omega -3 Eggs it seems like a good idea. Then i got to thinking about you'd never heat Flax oil due to high Omega-3 or it would turn rancid so can these Eggs be heated and not turn rancid ?? Would that also apply to frying Fish ?? harry!

The important thing with eggs (not just omega 3 eggs): don't break the yolk, or you'll oxidize the fat/cholesterol (unhealthy). Otherwise, I think it's okay. As for frying fish, I thought it was only for oils that you had to be careful, not for fat within meat, etc. Anyway, I don't think omega 3 is the reason flaxseed can't be heated, although I'm not sure. Different oils have different maximum temperatures, not sure if that's linked to the amount of omega 3.
