Hi guys I am so scared i have been so anxious and now my left arm hurts alot its the vein in teh center of the arm the pain comes and goes, I dont know if this could be my heart if anyone ever had arm pain let me know if this can be a sign of a heart attack the arm also gets stiff when it happens, but at times it doesnt i am so scared since for 2 days i have had this, i also started my thyroid meds today and my chest hurt

It takes several weeks for thyroid meds to build in your system. What dose of meds are you on?

hi i am on unithyroid 150mcg, but this arm thing is bothering me so much, I have read that its a side effect of a heart attack, aghh

If you are concerned go to the ER or call the doctor. Its better to be safe than sorry.

Hi Jon, today i woke up with almost no pain in that arm, i am wondering if it can be carpel tunnel? I have had so many heart tests done in the past and all were normal so i dont want to go to the ER, I am thinking either its carpel tunnel orthe thyroid meds and also with my thyroid being out of control

I have a thyroid problem too and it can affect everything. If you just started that dose or are not on the right amount of meds it could be that.
