Hi Everybody!
I just thought I would drop all you September mommies a line and let you know how we are doing.
First of all, having twins is REALLY HARD! For the first three weeks they were on COMPLETELY different schedules Jack was a great night time sleeper but was up all day, Savannah was a HORRIBLE night time sleeper and was asleep all day, so basically we got NO sleep for three weeks.
They finally coordinated their scheduels after we put them down at night together in their crib. I think they regulate each other.
Now they both sleep from 8PM to about 6AM and then eat every three hours after that. Talk about learning to do things with no hands, I can now pick up anything with my feet or mouth!
They are HUGE! Jack is 15lbs and is 25 inches long, Savannah is 13lbs and 23 inches long. THey are eating formula and Jack is getting cereal because he was eating about 38 ounces of formula a day! He eats froma spoon, it's really cute.
They are both babbling and reaching out for things but hate tummy time and just cry and cry.
Speaking of crying, it's time for them to eat. I'll finish later.
How is everyone else doing???
