Hi all,
I know this is the CTS board, but I really wasnt sure where else to post. They do seem to be somewhat related.
Several months ago now I woke up with a numb right arm. In the last week it has become bilateral. Mostly I just have a numb, tingly, or fatigued feeling in my hands. Some times I have pain in the right forearm, shoulder, and right side of my neck. I also have a "pinchy" feeling in the back of my shoulders into my armpits.
I had a cervical spine MRI. Nothing showed up there. I have an EMG in 2 weeks. Originally when this problem started I went to a physical therapist, and he is the one who thought I had TOS. He gave me some exercises and stretches to do, and unfortunately I have not been keeping up on them like I should.
This problem comes and goes, and is rarely severely painful. It is very annoying though, and I don't want it to worsen.
Any input would be great! Thanks!
