Hi.
My name is Lilly and this is my first post on this board.
I am 5'9" and weigh 169 lbs. I lost 20 pounds doing LA Weight Loss, but stopped because it was too restricting for me. I cant keep eating the same foods every day. I just can't. I also like carbs too much to do Adkins. ( tried it, didn't stick with it. I need bread)
Now, I'm on my own.
I just don't really know what works best? Should I only count calories? Only count fat and sugars? I don't know what to do. I know there are good sugars and bad sugars. Are fruits ok? nuts?

I do 20 min of cardio 4-5 times a week, and use light weights as well.

Basically, if someone can give me the dieting tips for Dummies, I might actually be able to do it.

Thank you all so much. I feel really lost and don't know where else to turn.
