I was wondering if anyone else noticed this with their baby's. My little guy is rolling back and forth all the time, and has been for over a month now. But now he's working on crawling and sitting up. And everytime he tries, he get's so upset, and cries and cries cause he can't quite do it yet. I feel so bad for him, because he see's his big sister, who's 2 1/2, running around non-stop all day, and he wants to keep up with her. But with her, I don't remember her crying when she tried to do something, she just moved on to something else. I guess he's just a determined little man, he's gonna try and try, even if it means getting frustrated. I just always will go over to him and tell him that it's okay to not learn everything all at one time, cause he's already growing up too fast :(

My DS is 4.5 mo old and also trying to sit up now and he also gets frustrated if after a while of trying he can't do it. I think in your case it's maybe b/c his personality is different, and he get frustrated easier than your daughter and b/c as you said, he sees her doing things that he wants to, but can't yet. Just keep encouraging him.

My little guy rolls back and forth ( and over if he absolutely has to) for about a month and recently has been trying to sit up. He does it in the most impossible way, as if he is trying to do a sit-up, bending from his belly and craning his neck forward. He gives up after a few minutes. When on his tummy, he tries to crawl but can't pick his tummy up. It's funny sometimes because he is so determined.

BTW Andilyn, any news?
