I am going nuts any more with my stomach issues. I have had heart burn really bad for a while now, at least 2 years. It would go up my throat and I would have the acid taste going up my throat. Under my left breast bone and ribs I have this constant dull pain and bloating, my stomach feels pretty much all the time like I have this huge square inside that keeps expanding. I do get constipated, have fissures, and now I'm confused with the meaning of diahrea is. I always thought it was the runny bowels you have that is like water, but recently I read that diahrea is when you go to the bathroom often. Can any one explain the difference to me. Because if it is if you go to the bathroom a lot, then I do have diahrea also. I just had the endoscopy (upper) which showed absolutely nothing, no GERD, no Heital herna, no ulcers, nothing but a mild irritation. He is now treating me for IBS. I am taking one nexium daily, plus citricil once after one meal.

I now am concerned with, after reading and reading symptoms on the internet, that I could possibly have ovarian cancer. I have my self sick about this. PLEASE SOME EXPLAIN IBS AND ITS SYMPTOMS TO ME
