Hi Guys,

I have been having for the past month or so pains on my ovaries on both sides. I was thinking it was cramps at first but i still have them after my period. It's not very painful but more like a dull pain. I have been off Depo for about 9 months now and have the Paragard IUD. Has anyone else ever had this before?
