i have add and have had it since grade three.. now in grade 12. my issue is cafeine.. i don't have adhd so i am not hyper all the time, my mind is typicaly spacy and forgetfull so my question is how do people with add become caffenated since caffeine typicaly stimulates the opposite effect on children facing add. help, no human can get through collage without caffeine.

well since you have ADD..you know yes, that stimulants do the opposite for "US" than people who don't have the disorder..So then you are out of luck right? I am currently in college and find that my ADD medicine works wonders..I don't know what I would do with out it..It calms me down so I don't feel anxious and fidigty in class..it makes me focus and it also gives me that extra boost of energy to motivate me to study or do what ever needs to be done. Maybe you should think about getting on medication if you arn't already on it... That's all you can do right?
