I was recenlty diagnosed with IBS. The doctor put me on Librax to tryout. I also have Zelnorm, but it seems everytime I take it I have diarrhea. My bowels are pretty normal, I go once a day. My main symptom is cramping and pain. What are some of the IBS meds for those symtpoms???

I have taken zelnorm and all it does for me is give me diarrhea, although it did calm down after a couple of days while on it. When I am having problems with my IBS I only get the cramping and pain (predominantely pain though) and I have found that Dicetel works the best for me. Doesn't cause diarrhea and gets rid of the pain so that I can go on with my day.
