Why is it when I take a vitamin I either get a headache or I get tired? is the headache from dehydration and the tired from the salts in it? Just curious.

Sponsor Kari7171 12-19-2005, 01:04 PM It depends on what is in the vitamin. I get terrible headaches from high doses of Vitamin A. It is known for having that effect.
