I have bad sinus's and alergys and I know a bad sinus headache from a regular headache. But what type of cold or flu is this? I have exteme tension in the neck and sholders sort of sensitive to the light sneexing and an awfull headache that lasts all day even through that sinus headache medicine... What should I do.. I have seen the doctor and she gave me sinus medication but.. Its been a month and im still seeing no improvement on the headaches and sinus problems. any suggestions??

I would go back to the doctor ... maybe she will be able to tell if you have allergies or a sinus infection or if maybe you're having migraines ...

The reason I say migraines or sinus infection is because you mentioned being sensitive to light and having an awful headache that doesn't respond to medicine ...

When your doctor gave you medicine, was it for a sinus infection or for allergies? If it was for a sinus infection (an antibiotic), then perhaps it just didn't kick the infection on the first round.
