Ok. so i have been eating normal healthy organic, raw, vegan balanced meals for week and a half now, and craved pizza. So i ordered a medium dominos, and ate the whole thing. so 1500 calories down the shoot, and 500 calorie breakfast, would mean i am gaining weight because of calorie distribution?- and if i only eat salad for dinner, no calories, im left with an overall 2000 calorie day diet, with no added BF.?

1500 calories is 1500 calories. Certainly, eating a pizza every day for most of your calories isn't the best route (but more because of the fat), but every once in a while it's not going to kill you. And I really don't think that it makes too much difference when you eat it, except that if you eat all of the calories you are planning on eating in a day early, then you are likely to get hungry later anyway and then eat more than you wanted to. But really what's most important is net calories consumed and net calories used. You can calculate this net over a day, a week, or a month... Either way, if you eat the same amount that you burn, you stay the same weight, if you eat more you gain, and if you eat less you lose.
