i decided a few months ago to get off birth control. i will be on vacation next week and didn't want to risk getting my period so i decided to start taking the pill mid-cycle. i am around two and a half weeks into my cycle right now. i've never started the pill mid-cycle before. i have always waited until after i start my period. what can i expect? i read that you have three options to starting the pill: sunday, first day, or right away if i know i am not pregnant.

ive done that...i came off the pill and waited and waited 3 months for my period and it didnt come so i just started my new pill.
I didnt have any breakthough bleeding or anything...most u will have is a little spotting...wouldnt worry bout it! :)
