View Full Version : Can supraclavicular nodes be palpable because of slight injuries near the chest?

I have a palpable lymph node, probably less than 5 mm, by my right collarbone. Now, I have quite a bit more palpable nodes around my body (couple on each side of neck, one on top of right jaw, and a couple by my groin). They're all pretty small, less than a centimeter.

However, I have heard some "scary" things about supraclavicular lymph nodes. i was just wondering if some exterior injuries could cause a lymph node to slightly enlarge? For instance, I have some acne on my chest. I also work out, so the muscles there may be stressed at times. Can any of this cause a node by the collarbone to enlarge slightly?

I have no other symptoms of anything else wrong. I feel perfect. Only thing is that I can feel these lymph nodes around my body. The nodes all feel normal, soft and movable, etc.

So yeah, any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
