This time a year is miraculas time of year.
My 16 year old had ask?" mom what would you like for Christmas" I replied a new right leg.She replied mom you have ask that for 8 years now.I smiled and told her that it would take a miracle.
As my daughter talked about my MS she made a lot of sense. She told me that I make miracles happen every day,by doing the laundry, cooking, cleaning, going to sporting events and everything else a busy moms does. She said after watching me the past 8 months struggle with progressive MS,days I couldn't walk or the days I can't get my hands to move or my memory to work. She says the progress that I have made is a miracle and this proves that humans can work miracles.
After a few days thinking of our conversation, she is right all of us that fights daily with MS , we do create our own miracles.
I thought I'd share this with everyone.
Happy Holidays

Hi Toni...Thanks for sharing your story. I needed a smile tonight. I spent the day doing the usual house chores, vacuuming, laundry (lots of laundry), dishes, etc. For me, and I'm sure many of our fellow MSers, these routine chores are a fight to the finish. But I was determined to get through it all today. Although I am now getting ready for bed, and I am exhausted, I have a wonderful feeling of accomplishment. I am so grateful that I was able to do these things today. I say a little prayer of thanks every day that I can still do these things that others take for granted. You are right, we do create our own little miracles. Hope you and your family have a wonderful holiday. Keep fighting the good fight! All my best - Sharon Grace
