Hey guys, the last couple of weeks I've had an on off problem of what seems like a huge amount of flem caught in my throat. At night I'm constantly clearing my throat and coughing. I also at times feel like my breathing is being blocked by all the flem. Is there anything to help with the flem?

What colour is the phlegm? If its green, yellow or any sort of colour then you probably have an infection and should go to see your gp. You can try steaming with hot water to loosen it all up - you will need to do this several times a day to loosen as much as possible, and lots of nose blowing to get ll the stuff out. HTH

Green is not a good color of mucous when it's coming out of your mouth or nose :) Are you wheezing? Might wanta see a doctor before it becomes more than a cold.
