My doctor wants me to go on a 2 thousand calorie diet thing. I stink at sticking to a diet. What should I do? How do I measure stuff I eat. I don't know about the serving measurement. What is the best way for me to start and keep this calorie diet going? I found an online Calorie Counter Database (http://www.calorie-count.com/).

Thanks,
Angela

Well you sound like you have one great attitude to fail.

When you get serious you should get a calorie book that shows all the salt, fat, as well as all other pertinent information in staying with the diet. BUT You have to have the right frame of mind to start. Christmas time is not easy but your doctor must want you to go to 2000 calories for a reason. Actually that is an awful lot of calories. Much luck
