Hello. I have got the worst case of heartburn right now. I have taken Mylanta to try and calm it down, but its not really doing much for it. I am hurting really bad right now and am wanting some relief from all the burning. Is there anything I could drink or eat that would sooth it, or will that make it worse??? I have my family Christmas gathering tommorow, so I am really desperate to feel better. Any advice is welcome. Thanks so much.

Please also try RAW apple cider vinegar in water, a little at a time. I have posted on several posts here in the past couple of months as I had heartburn bad. Go to GERD and then go back a few pages and read "There is a cure for heartburn" and you will find all posts by me and some others who have had great success with this method. It is much safer than meds. It is worth a try and good luck.
