i have rapid resting heart rate. about 90 per min. does that mean when i exercise, i will be panting more than others and also take a longer time to cool down?

As for feeling your heart beat... I'm not sure what you're describing, but I often feel my heart beat. For me it's absolutely normal. Timber 12-18-2005, 01:07 PM 90 bpm is a normal resting heart rate. On the high side of normal, but still normal. However, yes the fact that your resting heart rate is on the high side means that you're probably not in shape and will therefore tire more easily during exercise, until you have become more fit. |
