hi!
my normal heart rate is usually 100 -110bpm. (been seeing a doc for over a year re this)
I'm trying to loose weight at the moment, so my question is, when i do exercise what should my heart rate be for me to be burning calories?

Hi Oaktree,
A heart rate of 121 to 170 is the range for an effective cardiac exercise. The degree of exercise and length of time are the parameters for burning calories.
Appropriate heart rate while exercising is an individual factor and should be based on age and condition, etc.
