Does anyone with HSV try taking creatine?

I read from some website that it'll be nice to take creatine for reducing outbreak when the regular medicine failed with the "suppressive therapy".

Nevertheless, i read from other site that creatine is derived partly from argerine amd taking argerine might increase o/b.

Does anyone have any ideas or experiences?
