Hi And Thanks FoR Responding My What Is The Nissan FondO?

I Am Thinking About Not Getting My Esophagus Stretched Again Since I Think It A Waste Of Time, I Wonder If They Can Do Anything Permanently To Open Your Esophagus?

the nissan fundo is supposed to stop your heartburn they take your stomache and rap it around your esphogus to tighten the area that is weak i honestly beleive mine was done to tight and now my food get's stuck in my esphogus and it burn's worst than any heartburn i had before the surgery

Hi i am having the esophagus stretched again next thursday, this is unreal anyway an ENT doc said that the acid reflux has caused the throat problems, can u imagine this? anyway went to my gastro doc he said he will try stretching it agiana dn gave me acidephex and a muscle relaxer, i spoke to him abut the nissan fondu, but he didnt say much, i hope this feeling goes away soon since its hard dealing with thisnot eating issue aghh

what i mean by loosen is they tied it to tight when they stitched which has cause my esphougus to squish cause they take the stomache and rap it around the tube well they stitched mine really tight so they will have to cut the stitches to loosen it so i can get my food down it basicly like having the surgery all over again if you can avoid haveing this surgery please do i have had nothing but problem's since i weigh less than 91 pounds now

Hi again, and sorry to hear about your problem with the surgery, that is horrible that because of there mistake you have to suffer again, how painful was the surgery? did it get your acid under control?

i actually thought alot about getting it, hopefully i will get relief from the nexium or acidephex I am trying the nexium first, what i dont understand is I can take 4 pills a day, doc had only given me 1 and it didnt do much at all, so i have some left, but aciphidex i justgot today and am not sure which one i shoudl continue, but someone here said nexium worked best, anyway are you on any meds now after surgery
