I just finished up my 30 days of using my event monitor to record my annoying heart palps...Now I caught a few of them on tape and even heard them, but my reports all came back normal...Now I feel like I'm losing my mind! Does this mean that they aren't prominent enough to show up on the ekg??

I'm having a stress echo done this friday and will be talking to my cardiologist soon, I just wanted to know if anyone else out there would know anything about this.

Thanks!

 I had the same issue. I was on the monitor just like you and when I called my Doctor back for overall results he said, "I did seeyour palpitations on the recordings, but your heart was beating normally." I'm like, ok arent plaps irregular beating yet he says it was normal? Hmmm...I guess we should be happy that they didnt find anything wrong with us, but still it's depressing when no one can give us an answer as to why these are happening. I passed that and an EKG. Who knows? Maybe our hormones are just going crazy. Also when we think about it all the time we make them come on even worse. Tell me if you find out anything..I'd like to know!! :D

I'll definitely let you know! And you are right, if I think about them, I get them!
