I'm one week into InV. So far, I've had some painful days. I'll go in to see Ortho tomorrow, as I have a very sore back molar area.

It's been hard getting used to them. They were very tight at first, about pulled my teeth out getting them off. It is getting easier to do that.

I use Ibuprofen for the pain. It helps. I know I'll be happy in the long run....

Hope week 2 is less painful.

Yeah it was painful the first few days, and just sore the next few taking them off and on, but I am on my second week also and so far it's been fine. I had to go out and buy wax the very first day because the lower right side of my tongue was getting cut, but I only have 5 lower aligners so I won't have to deal with it for too terribly long, in fact, I'm hoping my next lower aligner will sit a little differently to avoid cutting my tongue. (keeping my fingers crossed).
You will get used to it, but I'm not looking forward to the pain of my next aligners.....oh the price we pay to look normal....arrggg.
Tia
