ok, I am 18 turning 19 next month and well since i was 17 at the end of EVERY summer i would get these weird little bumps on my top lip there are many of them.. they are kinda white... and well yesterday it happened for the end of the summer.. it feels like they are REALLY chaped and they are dry... then i looked in the mirror and looked at my tounge and there are little red bumps on my tounge... and i feel some small bumps on the roof of my mouth .. im really scared and i don't know what this is could someone please tell me... i would go to the docter but i dont' have the money right now :/
it tends to go away durring the week that i get it.. but right now it seems worse then i have ever had it

i don't know if this problem would fit in this catagory but it has to do with the mouth...

Could it possibly be herpies?
