I am presently wearing a flipper and will finally get my new bridge in place in about three weeks. Since my other teeth are quite discolored, the new bridge will be made significantly brighter. My dentist said he will bleach the rest of my teeth to match. I have never bleached my teeth and my question is this to those of you who have: Is the kit that the dentist gives you to do it yourself the best way to go? And most importantly, since having your teeth bleached are your teeth more sensitive to temperatures? I've heard that happens to some people but I want to hear your experiences with bleaching.
