Help...

Went to the toilet today and have been having trapped wind allday. Been at work and has to hold it in all day, this results in my stomach making a funny noise.

Anyway got home and went to the toilet, at first thought it was diarreah but saw it was actually a 'clear watery liquid' coming out instead. When I was 'wiping up' I could smell an slight unpleasent odour on the toilet tissue too.

Then about an hour later I accidenly 'leaked'.

Anyone know what it could be

I'm going out of my mind with worry.

Sounds like you may have an impaction. Do a search and see if it fits.
