Ok.. just a quick update..
done colonoscopy.. and took biopsy.. nothing bad there.
so..
ive tried everything..
from natural medicine to parctical one..
x-rays, ct's, scopes.. everything a man can think of
ok.. so if all is negative its IBS right?
well.. WRONG AGAIN!
i dont have diaherria.. no stomach aches.. no running to the bathroom
no nothing..
just the feeling im not "empty"
even after the "cleansing" before the colonscopy.. when my bowels were completely empty..
i felt that feeling..
yeah.. ive tried the orthopedic side.. nothing there too..
im on xanax and was on seroxat... no big change...
so.. what the hell could it be?
the only two tests i havent done are for halicobacter pilori and for lactose intolerance.
think they can cause that?

Why not test for Candida Yeast also. Not saying thats what you have but thats one of Candida's symtoms! Good luck !

Have you had an endoscopy done ( a biopsy of the small intestine ) I would have them do this and check for Celiac sprue disease. You don't have some of the classic symptoms of it but neither did I at first. My symptoms started the same as you are describing I always felt extremely full and then eventually had the other symptoms associated with sprue. It's at least something else you might be able to rule out.

Have you had your prostate checked? Prostatitis can cause that "full" feeling as the prostate presses against the colon wall.

You may want to think about seeing a urologist to have your prostate checked (even your internest can check it, but a urologist would be better). It is checked with a digital rectal exam (a gloved finger is inserted and the prostate is felt by pressing against the colon wall--it's uncomfortable, but not painful).

I've had prostatitis at least three times and one of the symptoms is a full rectal feeling. Very annoying. But, there are usually other symptoms that go with it, like scrotal pain, frequent urination, a burning at the tip of the penis, just to name a few (and not all symptoms are always present).

It may not be this at all, but it's just a thought as it seems like you've had everything else checked out.
