When you guys get these skipped beats and fluttering of your heart...does it just happen like once or twice in a minute or is it kind of constant irregular beat that last for like 5 minutes..I dont get it all the time maybe once a couple weeks if that but its an irregular beat for like 5 minutrs then it goes back to normal. Again i had an EKG, chest xray done a month ago, and an echo done last year and it was all fine but i dont understand why i get this irregular beat. I dont even feel nervoious when it comes,..it just happens out of the blue. Also does anyone elses pulse beat real fast right when they get out of bed in the morning?
Thanks!!

yeah I get the irregular beat also.Sometimes mine will go irregular for an hour or longer........a whole lot of skips, flutters, quivers. They can be like every other beat or every several.I have periods of time in my life where I will have them for a month or so (usualy notice them when laying down) and then they are gone for months.I have also had monitors and ekgs same thing all normal. They say anxiety and stress can cause them also caffiene,chocolate,smoking,alcohol...... .I have cut the caffiene back pretty good and rarely eat chocolate,I do smoke, have a few mixed drinks one in while. When I was taking Lexapro (anti depressant) after about a month of taking them the palps we all gone.I am no longer on meds, but havent had any problem with palps, maybe a flutter here and there.I think with your tests comming out fine the best thing for you do now is to try to find ways to lessen the palps.Cutting caffiene and all those things really does help alot of people.
take care ....merry christmas
