For the past few months I've been having nausea every day even when I don't have indigestion symptoms. Has anyone here experienced nausea along with GERD?

Yesterday I read about apple cider vinegar helping several people. I decided to try it, and found relief from the heartburn immediately. Not sure yet about the nausea since I felt a bit queasy this morning (not pregnant).
