View Full Version : Constant Pain after Crowns

Two months ago I had several crowns and veneers put on my top teeth. Since then I have been in constant pain. It is an achy, stinging feeling, mostly on the front teeth. It even hurts to breathe. If anyone has ever experienced this, please respond. I have gotten lots of opinions, but no two are the same. Nothing shows up on the xray and the pain affects so many teeth that I do not want to arbitrarily get root canals. Is this how infections start? Is it possible that my teeth are getting ready to fall out? If anyone can offer some insight, please help.

Crowns with no root canals sometimes do this, at least in my case. It will eventually do away. Make sure to floss and I totally recommend Sensidyn (sp)
toothpaste. It may take it a couple weeks to kick in, but that stuff is a miracle for sensitive teeth.
