You should be very happy that you now have insurance. Keep it.
And if you or anyone else thinks about switching companies, ask yourself: would I insure me knowing I am going to have surgery or any other medical attention?

Defintely keep your insurance. It is INCREDIBLY difficult to get individual insurance nowadays with even the smallest pre-existing condition. I'd rather be dissatisifed with insurance I have vs. not having it at all.
