Please refresh yourself with the causes and methods on contracting HIV and AIDS. In order to contract HIV (which is the virus that causes AIDS and AIDS in the condition of advanced HIV disease) you would have had to have shared bodily fluids with someone who is HIV +. Since you cannot give yourself a cold, and cannot give yourself the flu, neither can you give yourself AIDS. Therefore, rest easy...chris |
