Hi Everyone,

I went to the bookstore today and found several books on menopause. I was wondering if any of you have found any particular books or authors to be especially helpful. Thanks! Bonnie

Hi bonib,

The Pause is very helpful by Lonnie Barbach, Ph.D

Lots of women here have recommended it. Hope this helps.

What you doctor may not have told you about menpause, by Dr. John Lee

The 30 day Natural Hormone Plan by Dr. Erika Schwartz. All of her "peri Zappers" are in it, these are different things to do to make perimenopause easier. She is an excellent author and has other books that are very good as well. I've read all of them.

I liked "Before the Change" by Anne Louise Gitterman. It too contains all the peri-zappers. I found out about it when she was on Dr. Phil's show.

Thanks everyone,
I will definitely take this list with me when I go to the book store next. I appreciate your suggestions. Bonnie

Save yourself some money and check them out at the library. Then go home and see which ones you like the best and then buy them.
