does anyone here ever get weird or vivid dreams that you remember clearly the next day .. and somewhat bother you?

when my anxiety is worse, this is worse.

yeah i have had dreams like that they seemed so so real ......I dont think they are more often when I have alot of anxiety.I do know when I took klonopin they were pretty often,which is a side effect of that med.I thought they were always so cool (as long as it was a decent dream) I would wake up telling hub all about them.For me it has been a while since I drempt that way.No worries though just dreams.I think stress ,anxiety,alot on our minds can all contribute to these types of dreams.
