please forgive me if this isnt in the right area but..

ive been having unnoticed flatulence for the pass 2 weeks during the worst times like at work. ive also have been taking extra strength Gas-X and started drinking peppermint tea to help fight my flatulence, but still have the problem of noticing my own farts. cutting out the the worst gas producers is my next step but help will be much appreciated if they know of something else i can do.

thanks in advance

Certain types of food can cause this to happen. What have you been eating on those days when you have this problem. Things like broccoli, beans, cherries and other things can cause lots of gas. Even someone who is lactose intolerant can develop stomach issues and gas.
