I have suffered with IBS(d) for over 30 years and during the past 12 months have managed to achieve some stability and control by taking a soluble fiber supplement and Acidopholus tablets.
However, in August I was diagnosed with Diabetes 2 and I am really struggling to marry the two up together dietwise. What I have found suits my ibs does not necessarily agree the the diet regimes put forward for diabetes.
I was just wondering if there is anyone on the boards who is living with both and could give me some advice.
